Resetting Your Password

If you know your current password you can change your password by clicking reset.pacificmobile.com.

If you forgot your password and have a MFA option registered you can reset it by clicking passwordreset.microsoftonline.com.
To You will need to have a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) option setup. Examples of MFA are:

1. Microsoft's Authenticator app (iOS or Android)
2. Mobile (cell) phone
3. Secondary (non PacificMobile.com) email
